"UNFILTERED FRESH EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL”

The fresher olive oil the greater its value.
Compared to standard oil, unfiltered fresh olive oil has higher levels of antioxidants, polyphenols, vitamins, tocopherols, and chlorophylls ect.

Unfiltered fresh olive oil: Special production, high quality. After being centrifuged the oil is prepared without being filtered or undergoing any physical processes.
Aspect: Opaque with tiny residual fruit particles, which is a normal occurrence.
Color: Opaque, green, green to yellow, cloudy.
Taste: Superbly fruity taste, strong full-bodied aroma, scent of freshly pressed olives, pleasantly peppery after-taste.
Recommended mainly for: Dipping of crusty or toasted bread, drizzling on all kinds of winter fresh and grilled vegetables, salads, for starters and seasonings. also can be used for all purposes in the kitchen. The residual fruiy particles that have remained in this oil form a sediment at the bottom of the bottle. This is a natural and normal process as this oil is not filtered;and the residual fruit particles enhance the flavour and the richness of the oil. This olive oil has a relatively shorter shelf life than standart olive oils.
Unfiltered fresh extra virgin olive oil is prepared on order from mid October to January for retail and wholesale.
